We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product information on our website is accurate and up to date.

Because our products are manufactured and finished individually, minor variations in colour, texture, surface finish or appearance may occur. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Colours displayed on a screen may also differ slightly from the physical product due to differences in monitors, screens and lighting conditions.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our webshop are stated in euros (€) and include VAT where required by applicable law.

Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

An order is considered accepted once Kuntur has sent an order confirmation to the customer.

6. Orders

Kuntur reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including situations involving:

• incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical or human error;
• suspected fraudulent activity;
• products that are unexpectedly unavailable; or
• technical problems affecting the webshop.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Kuntur will refund the amount paid by the customer.

7. Delivery

Kuntur currently ships orders within the Netherlands.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

After dispatch, estimated delivery within the Netherlands is generally 1–2 business days.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Kuntur's reasonable control, such as carrier delays, extreme weather, technical problems or other unforeseen circumstances.

Kuntur will nevertheless remain responsible for the product until it has been received by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Right of Withdrawal

For consumer purchases made through our webshop, customers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period under Dutch consumer law.

The withdrawal period normally begins on the day after the customer, or a person designated by the customer, receives the product.

During this period, the customer may cancel the purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If a customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.

Kuntur will refund eligible payments in accordance with applicable Dutch consumer law.
